INDIVIDUAL PLANS

Talk Ticket

This behavior intervention allows for the teacher to set up a specific, structured time to talk with a student about an incident that may have occurred within or outside of school. This intervention assures the student that they will have a chance to talk through the situation with someone during a scheduled time in the day.

Points for Grumpy

This behavior intervention can be used for students who are verbally defiant and non-compliant with the teacher. The intervention is appropriate for younger students and is a response-cost strategy that involved using points or tokens.

Check-In/Check-Out

This behavior intervention allows for students and teachers to work together to set short-term goals and to develop a clear roadmap for achieving the goal. The teacher checks in with the target student before a school day/class period and then again after the school day/class period.
